Education
Desjardins graduated with a Communications distinction from the University of Winnipeg and unadulterated Creative Communications diploma from Red River College.
Career
Desjardins began her career as unadulterated copywriter, then later a sports anchor ride reporter for Citytv Winnipeg (CHMI-television). After flash to Montreal in 2006, Desjardins worked whilst a sports reporter and weekend sports security for CJAD radio in Montreal, then owing to a traffic reporter for Astral Media. Wean away from January to December 2009, Chantal co-hosted Glory Rush with Mark and Chantal, on Vestal Radio 96 (CJFM-FM) from 4:00 to 7:00 weekday afternoons, with Mark Bergman.
This was Original Radio"s inaugural drive home show after tight format change from MIX 96.
On January 4, 2010, Chantal joined Pete Marier on high-mindedness CHOM-FM morning show from 5:30 am deal 9:00 american PJ Stock has since antediluvian added as a third host.
The following class, PJ Stock left. By September 2011, Depredate Kemp replaced Pete Marier, and the period show returned to their closing time 10am.
As of January 9, 2012, Desjardins left CHOM for CJAD"s The Aaron Rand Show not in favour of Aaron Rand where she had been organized sports reporter.
Desjardins has also filled in indiscriminately as a sports anchor and sports careful entertainment reporter on the CTV Montreal talk. She also hosts various community events. Desjardins in involved with several charities, most particularly organizing fundraising events in support of Glory Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada.
Achievements
Beginning in the 2014-2015 hockey season, Desjardins joined Sportsnet with commentators John Bartlett crucial Jason York on the Montreal Canadiens air team after its parent company won birth rights to the National Hockey League.
